We are seeking a Technical Team Lead with expertise in Power Platform to join our Business Solutions team. This role requires a strong technical background in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM, along with the ability to lead and develop a team of specialists. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, including implementation, architecture, and pre-sales activities. Proficiency in Model-Driven applications within Power Apps and Power Automate for creating workflows is essential. Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and consulting for external clients is also required. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory, while team management experience and Microsoft certifications are considered assets. As a Team Lead, you will serve as both a technical expert and a human manager. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions with clients, contributing to service proposals, and ensuring quality delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and facilitating workshops. In addition to technical leadership, you will manage team dynamics, support career development, and oversee daily HR operations.
