Category Manager

A retail organization is seeking an experienced Category Manager to support buying, merchandising, and supply chain activities. In this role, you will manage supplier relationships, contribute to sourcing decisions, and help shape product selection to meet business goals. You will also work closely with internal teams to align assortment planning, inventory needs, and commercial priorities. The position calls for a strong background in negotiation, strategic purchasing, and working with data to guide decisions. This is an onsite position and is suited to candidates with approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in retail, sourcing, or category management. Competitive compensation is offered in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, along with standard benefits.
