Care Supervisor

We are seeking a certified care supervisor to join a team focused on providing high-quality support to older adults in a residential care setting. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys meaningful work, values teamwork, and takes pride in helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected. In this position, you will help guide day-to-day care delivery and support a resident-centered approach across the team. Responsibilities include supervising care staff, ensuring care is delivered consistently, maintaining accurate daily records, monitoring food and fluid intake, and regularly reviewing changing resident needs. You will also use your clinical knowledge to support medication administration and check vital signs as required. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, professionalism, good judgment, and the ability to stay calm in a busy environment. Experience in a healthcare or residential care setting is important, along with a commitment to ongoing learning and collaborative work.
