Canada Operations Manager – Wind Industry A growing wind energy services team is seeking a Canada Operations Manager to lead and support field operations across Canada. This full-time role involves up to 50% travel during the operating season and offers a salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus a performance bonus. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, support team leads and technicians, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities include scheduling, workforce planning, logistics coordination, project readiness, client communication, reporting, and collaboration with leadership on forecasting and operational strategy. You will also help maintain inspection and repair quality standards for blade work and support continuous improvement in field execution and processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in operations management, wind, blade repair, or related industrial field services. Strong communication, team leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with composite repair standards is an asset, but a willingness to learn is also valued. Familiarity with Canadian health and safety requirements and a valid driver’s licence are required. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to travel as needed.
