Business Operations Lead

We are seeking a business operations leader to strengthen the core processes of a rapidly growing technology company and help redesign how work is done with AI at the center. As the organization scales, internal workflows, approvals, contracts, and compliance-related tasks need more structure, consistency, and ownership. This role will help build that foundation and ensure the new ways of working are actually adopted across teams. You will focus primarily on operations, while also contributing to adjacent areas such as finance, legal, and AI-enabled operations. Working closely with the head of finance and operations, you will have room to shape how processes are designed, introduced, and improved.
