Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on business intelligence leader to serve as the technical point of contact for a specialized data and reporting environment. In this role, you will oversee how data is extracted, transformed, modeled, and delivered for reporting and analysis. You will help guide the transition of client reporting from legacy infrastructure to a modern cloud-based platform, and work directly with senior finance stakeholders to ensure reporting outputs are accurate and reliable. This position blends technical delivery with client-facing consulting. You should be comfortable building and maintaining data pipelines, working with semantic models and calculations, and explaining complex results to non-technical audiences in a clear and confident way. Key responsibilities include leading the development and support of ETL processes, improving reporting workflows, and helping shape scalable business intelligence solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve data challenges, support project delivery, and maintain a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a remote environment. Experience with business intelligence, data integration, and financial reporting is preferred. A background check will be required due to the sensitive nature of the work.
