We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead our team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and structure of the BDR team while providing coaching and support to representatives. You will report directly to senior leadership and collaborate closely with marketing and revenue operations to establish a high-performing outbound sales process. Key responsibilities include hiring and onboarding BDRs, setting performance targets, and conducting regular meetings focused on skill development and pipeline management. You will also own the BDR playbook, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives and maintaining CRM accuracy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. A proven track record in building and scaling BDR teams, along with experience in selling to enterprise or mid-market accounts, is essential. Strong coaching abilities, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to performance management are required. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales engagement tools is also necessary. We offer a competitive base salary ranging from CAD $110,000 to $125,000, with additional variable compensation based on team performance.
