This is a full-time opportunity for a business development professional with experience selling technical solutions into manufacturing environments. The role focuses on helping industrial customers improve quality, throughput, and operational performance through advanced inspection and automation systems. In this position, you will lead both new business generation and ongoing account development across North America. You will identify prospects, learn about their production challenges, and create tailored outreach strategies to open new markets. A key part of the job is building trust with decision-makers, delivering presentations and product demonstrations, and moving opportunities through the sales process from initial contact to closing. You will also work closely with engineering and project teams to support solution design, prepare proposals, and ensure a smooth handoff into implementation. For current customers, you will act as a main contact, maintain strong relationships, review account performance, and look for opportunities to expand the scope of work. The role includes participation in industry events and customer meetings, along with sharing market feedback to support sales and marketing planning. The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.
