We are seeking a commercially minded business development professional to support growth within a technical manufacturing environment. In this role, you will manage an established territory, strengthen relationships with customers and channel partners, and help expand sales through new business opportunities and deeper penetration of existing accounts. The position combines strategic selling, account ownership, and collaboration with internal teams to support product development, pricing, service levels, and supply continuity. Key responsibilities include building and executing territory plans, identifying prospective customers, responding to bids and proposals, and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle. You will oversee key account activity such as forecasting, pricing discussions, volume planning, and issue resolution while working closely with operations, quality, technical, and supply chain teams. A strong part of the role involves discussing product performance, supporting trials, and helping customers match solutions to application requirements. You will also contribute to contract negotiations, sourcing alternatives, market feedback, and revenue and margin tracking. The ideal candidate brings several years of B2B technical sales experience in a manufacturing or materials-related setting, along with comfort discussing product properties, processing methods, and commercial tradeoffs. Strong relationship-building, analytical thinking, and travel flexibility are important, as is the ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment.
