Business Development Account Manager, full-time. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with active clients, identifying opportunities to support business growth, and helping shape revenue strategy. Working closely with business development leadership, the Account Manager will understand client needs, develop tailored solutions, and present proposals effectively. The role also partners with internal teams across sales, admissions, operations, marketing, and client care to support client satisfaction, retention, and smooth onboarding for new accounts.
Key responsibilities include maintaining long-term client relationships, supporting business planning and forecasting, researching market trends and competitor activity, and recommending process improvements and new business approaches. The position involves regular client communication, account reviews, pricing support, contract finalization, and monitoring account performance to help achieve targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
The position is primarily based in Toronto, Ontario, with travel as needed to client locations, other Canadian sites, and conference locations in North America. The salary range is $80,000 to $95,000 annually, plus bonus/commission.
Qualifications include at least 3 years of enterprise account management experience, a post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred, demonstrated success in business development and customer service, and experience delivering presentations to senior stakeholders. Experience in healthcare or mental health is an asset.
