Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support decision-making across a multi-site consumer business. In this role, you will work with teams in operations, marketing, finance, and leadership to turn data into practical insights that improve performance and guide planning. The position reports to senior management and suits someone who enjoys solving problems, finding patterns in data, and turning findings into clear recommendations. Key responsibilities include collecting information from different systems, checking and preparing data for analysis, and building reports and dashboards for business users. You will track core performance measures, look for trends and risks, and help answer day-to-day and strategic questions. The role also involves supporting forecasting and budgeting, improving the efficiency of recurring reports, and helping strengthen data quality and reporting processes over time. You will be expected to communicate findings in a simple, accurate way for both technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and several years of experience in an analytical role. Strong spreadsheet skills, experience with business intelligence tools, solid SQL knowledge, and comfort working with large datasets are important. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment is a plus. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, along with benefits and paid sick time.
