Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support operational planning and process improvement initiatives within a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess current workflows, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and translate business needs into practical recommendations. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing operational data, mapping processes, and helping to define improvements that support better decision-making and smoother execution. You will also contribute to project support activities, prepare clear summaries and reports, and collaborate across teams to help ensure proposed changes are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field, along with strong skills in process improvement and data analysis. You should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, organizing information clearly, and turning findings into actionable insights. Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are important in this role. This position is based in the Gatineau area and follows a hybrid schedule. Salary is not specified.
