Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring initiatives in a hybrid contractor role. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into practical data solutions that improve decision-making and operational visibility. Key responsibilities include gathering, cleaning, and validating data from several internal and external systems, then using that information to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards. You will develop clear visualizations for leadership and other users, ensure reporting outputs are accurate and easy to use, and help define metrics that track business performance. The role also includes translating reporting requirements into technical solutions, supporting end users with training and guidance, and investigating issues to identify root causes and create monitoring tools for key measures. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with several years of experience in a similar analytics or business analysis role. Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, KPI reporting, and working with issue-tracking or CRM-type systems is preferred. Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams are important. Bilingual communication in French and English is required. Compensation for this role is $75,000–$95,000 CAD annually.
