Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee residential installation projects and help ensure every job is completed smoothly from start to finish. This role is best suited for someone who stays calm under pressure, enjoys solving problems in real time, and is comfortable making practical decisions when plans change. In this position, you will work closely with internal coordinators, field technicians, installation crews, and customers to keep projects moving. Day-to-day responsibilities may include addressing scheduling issues, managing unexpected site conditions, reviewing job details before work begins, coordinating materials and labour, and stepping in when a project needs additional support. You will also handle customer concerns, communicate clearly about next steps, and help resolve issues in a way that protects the overall experience. A key part of the role is preventing avoidable problems by checking readiness at important stages, identifying risks early, and helping the team avoid repeat issues. You will be expected to take ownership when challenges arise, weigh options quickly, and keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
