Branch Manager

This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day running of a local service and distribution branch. The successful candidate will oversee sales support, parts, shop activity, and field service coordination while ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals. Key duties include preparing and managing budgets, reviewing forecasts, tracking results, and taking action to improve performance and profitability. The role also involves monitoring billing accuracy, job costing, inventory control, and collections support, along with maintaining clear processes for quoting, approvals, and customer orders. A major part of the position is keeping branch operations running smoothly through strong planning, efficient use of people and resources, and consistent standards across all functions. The Branch Manager will work closely with service leadership to support quality workmanship, timely delivery, and reliable customer service. This position also requires building strong relationships with customers, resolving escalated issues, and partnering with commercial teams to align branch activity with sales priorities, demand planning, and pricing decisions. In addition, the role includes coaching and developing a cross-functional team, supporting hiring and onboarding, and promoting a safe workplace that follows all required regulations and company policies. Candidates should have experience leading teams in a distribution, industrial, or service environment, along with solid financial understanding and strong problem-solving skills.
