Blasting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced blasting professional to support civil and infrastructure projects in an on-site environment. In this role, you will work closely with site teams to help coordinate drilling and blasting activities on large-scale construction jobs. Your work will involve preparing, organizing, and carrying out blasting operations in line with project plans and safety requirements. Key responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining drilling and blasting equipment, setting up and performing drilling work with hydraulic machinery, and executing blasting tasks for trenches, earthworks, and utility or roadway corridors. Depending on qualifications and valid certifications, you may also operate material-handling or powered equipment such as a forklift or aerial work platform. You will be expected to follow all safety procedures, support compliance with industry standards, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented jobsite environment. Additional related duties may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate has a valid construction occupation card, formal training in drilling and blasting, current safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of related experience. This is a full-time permanent position based in Quebec, QC.
