Biz Ops Lead

We are seeking a Business Operations Lead to help build and strengthen the operational foundation of a fast-growing technology company. This role will focus on designing and improving core business processes as the organization scales, with an emphasis on creating systems that are durable, efficient, and widely adopted. You will identify areas where work relies on informal knowledge or ad hoc workarounds and replace them with clear, scalable processes. A key part of the role is driving change management and helping teams adopt new tools and ways of working. The position is primarily operations-focused, but it will also involve work across operational finance, legal, and AI-related operations as needed. You will report to and work closely with the Head of Finance & Operations, with significant autonomy in how processes are designed and implemented. This is a high-potential role for someone who wants to grow into broader ownership of the function over time. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and able to operate with urgency and high ownership. You should be proactive, adaptable, and interested in using AI to improve how work gets done. Experience in process design, operational improvement, and cross-functional execution would be valuable.
