Bilingual- Technical Sales Specialist Quebec

Job Title: Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (based on experience) Location: Eastern Ontario/Quebec Start Date: ASAP Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work Position Summary: The Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with professional dealers, end users, and regional landscape accounts, including municipalities and educational facilities. The primary goal is to promote and sell commercial outdoor power equipment while enhancing brand awareness in the commercial segment. This role involves collaboration with Territory Managers to identify new sales opportunities and expand the dealer network. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the professional outdoor power equipment industry and the dynamics of independent servicing dealers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage the assigned business segment and achieve set goals. - Oversee company-issued demo equipment. - Conduct product training sessions for end users and municipalities. - Generate leads and acquire new accounts. - Participate in trade shows and marketing events. - Develop initiatives for new product launches within the designated area. - Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing and Product Management. - Additional duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience: - Bilingual in French and English. - Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer-focused with the capability to engage with cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with work hours from Monday to Friday.
