Bilingual Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual technical sales professional to support business growth across Eastern Ontario and Quebec. This full-time role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, commercial customers, and large end users in sectors such as municipal services, education, and hospitality. The successful candidate will help expand awareness of professional outdoor equipment and contribute to sales growth within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, supporting account development, and delivering product demonstrations and training to end users. You will also participate in trade shows and other industry events, assist with product launches in the region, and work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and field sales to support customer needs and business goals. Ownership of assigned demo equipment is part of the role. The ideal candidate brings experience in technical or channel sales, especially within professional equipment or related markets, along with an understanding of independent servicing dealers and their role in the sales process. Strong communication skills in both French and English are required, as well as excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. This role offers a salary in the $80,000 to $90,000 range, depending on experience.
