We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll across various provinces, ensuring accuracy in figures, postings, and documentation. Key duties include organizing and maintaining files and records in compliance with established policies, as well as analyzing financial and payroll data.
The role involves preparing, auditing, and distributing payroll reports, and reconciling hours worked and pay adjustments. The candidate will also process employee paychecks, compute wages and deductions, and provide payroll-related information to employees and management. Assisting with time and attendance tracking and completing batch adjustments to payroll are also essential tasks.
The ideal candidate should be bilingual in French and English, possess strong communication skills, and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Building positive relationships with colleagues and supporting team objectives are crucial aspects of this role.
Physical tasks may include moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Candidates should demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and adhere to company policies and procedures.
