We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding new users through their onboarding journey, ensuring they quickly realize the value of our product. You will leverage your expertise in customer workflows, user onboarding, and knowledge base development to create a seamless and impactful experience for our clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing the customer journey to identify areas for improvement, providing exceptional support by addressing customer inquiries and educating users on best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. You will also gather insights from customer interactions to help enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, experience in customer support (including Tier II support), and the ability to navigate CRM and ticketing systems effectively. Proficiency in both English and French is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in the healthcare industry and familiarity with data analytics will be considered an asset. The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
