We are looking for a bilingual customer support professional who can communicate confidently in both English and French Canadian. This remote role is open to candidates based in Canada and involves helping customers through phone, email, and chat while handling general questions, service issues, and warranty-related requests.
The right person will bring strong customer service experience, a clear and professional communication style, and the ability to remain organized in a busy support environment. You should be comfortable speaking and writing in both languages, with strong French Canadian fluency. A natural understanding of Quebec-based speech patterns is preferred.
Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to incoming inquiries, assisting customers with account or product concerns, recording case details accurately, troubleshooting issues, and escalating more complex matters when needed. You will also work with internal teams to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
This position offers a weekly paid hourly rate of USD 13. Applicants should have a Windows-based computer, dual monitors, webcam, reliable wired internet, backup power, and access to standard office collaboration tools.
