We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in both English and French-Canadian to join a dynamic customer support team. This fully remote position is open to candidates located in Canada who possess exceptional communication skills and strong customer service experience, with a focus on authentic French-Canadian fluency, including familiarity with Quebecois expressions. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and adept at managing customer interactions across various communication channels in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, assisting customers with warranty claims and general inquiries, providing clear and empathetic support in both languages, documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.
Compensation for this role is $13 USD per hour, paid weekly.
Candidates must meet specific technical requirements, including a Windows 11 PC, 12–16 GB RAM, dual monitors, a webcam, and a reliable wired internet connection.
Requirements include native or near-native fluency in English and French-Canadian, previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Preferred qualifications include experience with warranty claims, North American customers, and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
