Banquets Supervisor

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced morning environment. The Banquets Supervisor will oversee a small team while managing service for multiple events. The primary objective is to contribute to the overall success of the establishment by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality standards for banquet operations. Key responsibilities include setting up, servicing, and cleaning up after banquet events, adhering to industry standards, and following grooming and uniform guidelines. This role also involves acting as an ambassador for the establishment by greeting guests, ensuring they feel welcome, and addressing basic inquiries. It is essential to follow health and safety practices and comply with relevant regulations. The supervisor will demonstrate a customer service-oriented attitude with both internal and external contacts, stock supplies, fold napkins, roll cutlery, and clean facilities as needed. Additional tasks may include assisting in the restaurant when required. Candidates should have a strong preference for over two years of banquet experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful and creative team player who can work well under pressure. Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.
