Bakery Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Production Manager to oversee daily production in a busy bakery setting. In this role, you will lead a small team, prepare baked goods from scratch each morning, and help ensure products are finished on time and to a high standard. You will also take an active role in maintaining a clean, organized workspace and supporting a positive customer experience. This position includes training, coaching, and supervising production staff. You will help set daily schedules, monitor workflow, and adjust output based on demand and business needs. A strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in baking or food production, is comfortable working early mornings, and can work both independently and as part of a small team. Strong judgment, good organizational skills, and an interest in developing others are key. Experience with customer service is an asset. This role requires regular standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and other physical tasks common in bakery production.
