We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join our team in a hybrid work environment. This full-cycle sales role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000, along with performance-based bonuses, commissions, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off.
In this position, you will independently generate your own pipeline and close deals, engaging with technical clients through complex and lengthy sales cycles. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, capable of managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Generating new business through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending events
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of B2B opportunities across various technical sectors
- Representing the company at trade shows and industry events
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Qualifications include:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and excellent communication abilities
- A bachelor's degree is required
