AV Project Manager

AV Project Manager Full-time, based in Richmond, BC. We are seeking an AV Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of audio visual integration projects. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading projects from kickoff through closeout, serving as the main client contact, supporting presales and quoting activities, and coordinating with sales, operations, service, and technical teams. You will prepare and maintain project documentation such as scopes of work, proposals, change orders, and closeout packages, while tracking timelines, resources, budgets, and project financials. You will also provide regular status updates and help build strong long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience in AV systems, integration, and deployment is required, along with knowledge of video conferencing and network-integrated AV solutions. Familiarity with platforms such as Crestron, Q-SYS, or Extron is an asset, as is experience with Visio or AutoCAD. A minimum of 3 years of experience in AV, IT, or technology project management is preferred, along with a project management certification in progress or completed. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computing, or equivalent experience is also preferred.
