We are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee a busy automotive showroom and help drive strong results while supporting a positive team culture. This role is hands-on and active on the floor, with responsibility for coaching staff, guiding deals, and helping ensure every customer receives a professional and consistent experience. In this position, you will manage day-to-day sales activity, including appointments, customer follow-up, and deal flow. You will work closely with sales team members to provide support on transactions, improve process discipline, and help maintain strong performance across both volume and profitability. You will also monitor lead handling and CRM usage, making sure follow-up standards are being met. A key part of the role is developing staff through regular feedback, encouragement, and practical coaching. You will partner with store leadership to support operational goals and team success. The ideal candidate brings several years of automotive sales management experience, a solid understanding of deal structure and finance basics, and a track record of sales achievement. Strong communication skills, a team-first mindset, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are important.
