We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of audio visual integration work from initial planning through final completion. In this role, you will coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with quality expectations. You will support pre-sales activities, help prepare estimates and proposals, and work across sales, service, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, such as scope statements, change requests, and closeout materials, while monitoring schedules, budgets, resource needs, and financial performance. You will provide regular status updates, keep records accurate, and help build strong long-term client relationships through clear communication and dependable follow-through.
The ideal candidate brings strong organization and communication skills, the ability to manage several priorities at once, and experience delivering AV or related technology projects. Familiarity with modern conferencing and integrated systems is important, along with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and clients. Experience with design or drafting tools is an asset. A background in project management, supported by relevant certification or equivalent experience, is preferred. Formal education in a technical field or comparable practical experience will also be considered.
