We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to support advisory work and litigation-related assignments in a hybrid role based in Ontario. This position is well suited to a professional with at least three years of relevant experience who is comfortable working on assignments that require sound judgment, strong analytical ability, and clear communication. Key responsibilities include reviewing financial information, preparing analysis to support dispute-related matters, and contributing to assignments that may involve assessing business-related information and preparing materials for review by clients or legal teams. You will work closely with senior team members to help produce accurate, well-organized deliverables within agreed timelines. The ideal candidate has a solid background in financial analysis, practical experience with business assessment work, and the ability to explain findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are important. Compensation will be aligned with the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills.
