Associate Product Manager

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support a technical product portfolio in a manufacturing environment. This position works closely with teams across product management, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to help guide product development, launch activities, and ongoing portfolio management. In this role, you will help coordinate product updates, new introductions, pricing changes, and end-of-life actions. You will also assist with customer-facing materials such as product guides, specification documents, training content, and internal launch resources. A key part of the job is partnering with technical teams to define product requirements and support solutions that meet customer and market needs. The role includes providing product knowledge and technical support to internal colleagues, distribution partners, and end users. You may also take part in trade shows, training sessions, customer visits, and other events that help promote the product line and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and can manage several priorities at once. A proactive attitude, sound judgment, and comfort in a fast-moving environment are important. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is required, along with some familiarity with welding or related technical products.
