This position supports the daily running of guest room operations and helps oversee key service areas such as housekeeping, laundry, guest services, recreation, and concierge functions. The role works closely with team members to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures, strong cleanliness standards, and a consistently positive guest experience. It also helps maintain operating targets, service quality, and budget goals. The ideal candidate will have either a high school diploma or equivalent with several years of relevant hospitality experience, or a college degree in hospitality, business, or a related field with some hands-on experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a similar area. Responsibilities include opening and closing shifts, reviewing operational reports, supporting shift checklists, and stepping in to oversee room operations when needed. The role also helps manage supplies, uniforms, equipment issues, and compliance with safety and loss prevention procedures. Additional duties include supporting revenue and occupancy efforts, monitoring costs, handling guest feedback and complaints, assisting with service recovery, and contributing to guest recognition efforts. The position also supports staff training, scheduling, meetings, hiring, and ongoing service improvement.
