Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader to support daily housekeeping operations in a high-standard hotel environment. In this role, you will help oversee cleaning teams, maintain exceptional room and public-area presentation, support guest satisfaction, and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace. You will work closely with senior housekeeping leadership to coordinate staffing, monitor service quality, manage supplies and equipment, and help control operating costs without compromising standards. This position also involves coaching team members, supporting training and performance development, and helping create a positive, collaborative environment. You will play a key part in ensuring cleaning procedures are followed consistently, inventories are managed carefully, and workspaces remain organized and well maintained. A strong focus on health and safety, responsible resource use, and timely response to guest needs is essential. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in housekeeping within a quality hotel or resort setting, along with strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and comfort using computer systems.
