Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

This role supports day-to-day food and beverage operations across assigned outlets, with responsibility for service quality, team performance, and financial results. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and several years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related hospitality setting. A two-year degree in hospitality, business, or a similar field, combined with relevant experience, is also suitable. Key duties include helping create a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The role provides guidance and coaching to staff, encourages problem-solving, and responds promptly to employee concerns. It also involves ensuring strong guest service by addressing complaints quickly, following up through resolution, and supporting consistent service expectations. Additional responsibilities may include supporting accounting procedures and assisting with quality review activities as needed.
