Assistant Director of Care - Evenings

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Care for evening shifts to join our team. This role involves providing leadership and direction to the nursing staff in all aspects of resident care, ensuring compliance with established legislative standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating clinical programs, assisting with projects and innovations, and stepping in as the Director of Care in their absence. Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies is crucial, as is providing mentorship to nursing staff and conducting regular audits of clinical documentation. The Assistant Director will also facilitate meetings to introduce new initiatives and evaluate program effectiveness.
