Art Director

We are seeking an experienced Art Director to help shape and execute creative work across a range of digital and integrated projects. In this role, you will turn strategy and insights into compelling concepts, guide visual direction, and help deliver polished work that meets client goals. You will lead projects from early idea development through production and launch, working closely with writers, strategists, designers, and account leads. The role involves creating and overseeing assets such as reports, ebooks, online content, websites, presentation materials, infographics, and campaign visuals. You will also review creative work, give clear direction to collaborators, and help manage outside production partners across areas such as photography, video, motion, and animation. This position requires someone who is comfortable presenting ideas, explaining design choices, and making refinements based on feedback. You should be organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and confident in estimating creative effort and timelines. A strong eye for design fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to bring fresh ideas into the process are important. Candidates should have several years of art direction or design experience in an agency, studio, or editorial environment, with a portfolio that shows strong creative thinking and execution. Experience with motion or video work is a plus. Remote work is available during North American business hours, with hybrid options also possible.
