Area Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multi-unit restaurant performance across a franchise network. In this role, you will support new openings, set practical operating goals, and help ensure each location is positioned to meet business targets. You will work closely with franchise partners, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure standards, agreements, and operating procedures are followed consistently. Key responsibilities include monitoring guest service, food quality, cleanliness, staffing levels, and management coverage across all units. You will conduct site visits and inspections, document findings, and prepare regular reports on compliance, performance, and quality standards. The role also involves supporting training, onboarding, and development for staff and managers, as well as helping maintain up-to-date operating materials and manuals. You will assist with inventory oversight, review maintenance needs, and follow up on outstanding operational issues to keep locations running smoothly. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, franchise environments, and regulatory compliance is important, along with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively.
