Area Manager

This position oversees janitorial operations across a defined territory and multiple client locations. The role focuses on day-to-day service delivery, customer satisfaction, team coordination, and consistent execution of agreed cleaning standards. You will act as the main contact for site-level communication, helping resolve issues quickly and ensuring expectations are clear for both clients and service partners. Key responsibilities include managing store or site budgets, monitoring profitability, supporting revenue growth, and identifying opportunities to improve service scope where appropriate. You will work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships, address concerns, and support regular meetings, site reviews, and action plans. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and field partners to keep operations aligned and to ensure smooth transitions when service changes occur. Additional duties include supporting training and coaching, tracking quality and compliance, completing audits and site visits, and helping improve internal processes and reporting through company systems and standard tools. Success in this role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.
