Area Manager - NFL - Cleaning Industry

We are seeking an Area Manager to oversee Janitorial Services within a designated territory. This role involves leading, managing, and coordinating daily operations across multiple client locations. The successful candidate will participate in budget planning and implementation, develop strategies to ensure profitability, and build strong relationships with customers and business partners. Responsibilities also include addressing customer concerns, providing timely solutions, and supporting regional management in meetings with key stakeholders. The Area Manager will lead internal communications, set expectations with partners, and provide necessary training and support. Additionally, this role requires overseeing compliance with processes and initiatives at the store level, identifying trends and gaps, and managing business operations using provided technologies. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction. A background in facility management or a related field is preferred.
