This role is responsible for building and maintaining a forward-looking plan for finished goods allocation across multiple regions and sales channels. The position turns supply information into practical deployment guidance that supports commercial targets, customer commitments, and portfolio priorities.
The planner will track available and expected inventory, then recommend how product should be distributed based on timing, demand, and business needs. When supply is limited or out of balance with demand, this person will identify the key trade-offs, explain what can move forward, and highlight items that may be delayed or require escalation. The goal is not only to flag problems, but also to propose workable options.
This role also supports planning for new product introductions, product changes, and discontinued items, while keeping allocation decisions aligned with forward demand. Ongoing monitoring is important, as plans may need to be adjusted when conditions change.
The position works closely with teams such as Sales, Supply Planning, and Procurement to keep priorities aligned and decisions grounded in data. This is an on-site role with regular interaction across operations.
A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Candidates should bring several years of experience in planning, allocation, or inventory deployment in a fast-moving environment, along with strong Excel and ERP/MRP system skills.
