AI Deployment Manager

We are seeking an experienced deployment leader to manage complex AI implementations for enterprise customers. In this senior individual contributor role, you will guide challenging projects from early discovery through launch and steady-state operation. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams across customer success, product, engineering, and solutions to define the right approach, keep delivery moving, and ensure the final solution delivers measurable value. This position suits someone who combines structured problem-solving, technical curiosity, and strong ownership. You will be responsible for clarifying requirements, aligning stakeholders, managing scope, and making practical decisions as projects evolve. Much of the work will involve uncovering current workflows, identifying operational pain points, designing solution options, and helping turn those ideas into a working deployment. You will also contribute directly to configuration, testing, validation, and launch readiness using standard implementation methods and modern tooling. After go-live, you will monitor results, gather feedback, and support optimization efforts to improve adoption and performance. In addition, you will help capture lessons learned and translate them into repeatable practices that strengthen future deployments. This is a remote role open to Canadian residents, with some travel to customer locations as needed. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, works well in ambiguity, and enjoys seeing complex initiatives through to completion.
