A recruitment agency is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Agronomy & Feed Division Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the operational performance and growth of the Agronomy and Feed divisions. The successful candidate will drive profitability through effective procurement, cost management, pricing strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of Agronomy Branch Managers and sales personnel, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a customer-focused culture. The manager will oversee all agronomy and feed assets, maintain proactive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities, and ensure proper inventory management and operational efficiency.
The role also involves preparing annual business plans, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies for growth. Market development responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and supporting marketing initiatives.
Compliance with safety regulations and maintaining necessary licenses and certifications is critical. The manager will ensure accurate reporting and documentation while representing the organization in industry events and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
