Agronomist

We are seeking an experienced agronomist to lead projects related to agricultural land management and environmental compliance. In this role, you will act as a project lead or senior contributor depending on the scope of each mandate. Your work will involve coordinating technical studies, preparing authorization requests, and overseeing agricultural monitoring activities tied to development projects. You will assess project needs, define appropriate technical approaches, and prepare clear recommendations for clients and internal teams. The role also includes drafting and reviewing technical reports, agricultural assessments, and field supervision documents. You will analyze field observations and sample results from soil, water, and other relevant sources to develop practical diagnostics and propose mitigation or restoration measures when needed. A key part of the position is ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of project outputs while managing priorities, schedules, and budgets. You will also serve as a resource person for colleagues, sharing expertise and supporting the development of less experienced team members.
