This temporary full-time position provides administrative and clerical support to senior leadership and site operations. The successful candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, screen incoming calls and correspondence, and ensure requests are directed to the appropriate person or department. The role also involves preparing letters, memos, agendas, reports, tables, and spreadsheets, as well as gathering information and drafting summaries or recommendations when needed.
Additional duties include organizing travel and accommodation for staff attending meetings or conferences, tracking expenses, processing mail, and helping to keep documentation and records up to date. The position requires handling internal and external inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters, and following up to make sure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Some human resources support is also included, such as assisting with job postings, preparing employee badges and materials, scanning documents, and helping with new employee setup in the system. The role may also involve contact with community organizations and public agencies to exchange information and support follow-up on emerging issues.
This is a weekday position with standard business hours. The salary range is approximately $54,000 to $68,137 annually.
