Acquisition Analyst

Join a collaborative investments and acquisitions team focused on finding and assessing opportunities for a residential real estate portfolio. In this role, you will support decision-making through financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and reporting for both acquisition opportunities and early-stage development projects. Working with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, you will help build financial models, review market and planning conditions, and prepare materials used to evaluate potential investments. The position suits someone who enjoys turning data into clear recommendations, spotting trends, and helping a team make informed strategic choices. You will gain exposure to a wide range of work across acquisitions, development, and portfolio planning, while strengthening your skills in underwriting, research, and investment analysis. The role requires someone who can manage several priorities at once, remain highly accurate, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. We are looking for a candidate with several years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, economics, or another analytical field, along with a related post-secondary degree. Strong financial modelling ability, advanced spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with local real estate markets and development processes are important. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a strong team approach are essential.
