We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This full-cycle accounts receivable role involves managing customer invoicing, payment processing, collections, and account reconciliation from start to finish. You will collaborate with colleagues across various departments to maintain steady cash flow and ensure clients receive excellent service. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with approximately one year of office or accounting experience who are looking for a meaningful, long-term opportunity.
Key responsibilities include managing the full accounts receivable cycle, sending monthly statements, following up on outstanding accounts, processing credit card payments, and preparing daily collection reports. You will also assist with billing disputes, prepare monthly refunds and balance adjustments, and support year-end audit preparations.
The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $26 to $28, depending on experience. A hybrid work schedule is available after six months, allowing for one work-from-home day per week.
