Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee full-cycle accounting for a multi-entity organization. In this role, you will manage the general ledger, review journal entries, and ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in line with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. You will also maintain the chart of accounts, support consolidated reporting, and oversee the accuracy of fixed assets, lease assets, project accounting, and intercompany balances. This position is responsible for leading the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and financial schedules. You will prepare or review financial statements, support audit readiness, and act as a key contact for external auditors during annual review processes. The role also includes assisting with statutory filings and keeping accounting documentation, policies, and working papers current and well organized. In addition, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and make better use of ERP and other systems to improve efficiency. As a people leader, you will coach and support a team of accounting professionals, prioritize workloads, and help develop technical capability. The role also involves working closely with finance, operations, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective financial support. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and a CPA designation are required, along with several years of progressive accounting experience. Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are essential.
