Account Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced account professional to help manage daily client work, support creative asset coordination, and keep projects moving smoothly under the guidance of senior account leadership. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with clients and partner teams, while also helping junior colleagues learn and grow. You will work closely with internal teams across strategy, creative, and production to move campaigns from briefing through execution. The position includes ownership of selected project components, contributing to clear briefs and reporting, and ensuring creative output stays aligned with agreed strategy and brand expectations. You will help monitor timelines and budgets, prepare for regular status discussions, and keep stakeholders informed as work progresses. The role also calls for awareness of the wider market, including competitor activity and relevant industry developments. The right candidate brings several years of agency account experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You should communicate clearly, stay proactive, handle pressure well, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. A solid understanding of common media and campaign channels is important. Compensation is offered in the mid-to-high seventy-thousand range, depending on background and qualifications.
