We are seeking an account management professional to support and grow a portfolio of business clients. This role focuses on building strong long-term relationships, understanding client goals, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships through thoughtful, consultative conversations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and a track record of handling client needs in a professional services or software environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with customers, coordinating internal support to resolve issues, guiding renewal and expansion discussions, and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements. Strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to work across different teams are essential. Candidates should bring experience in relationship management, solution-oriented selling, and negotiation. A background in B2B technology or subscription-based services is preferred, though not required. This is a hybrid position based in Toronto, with one scheduled office day each week.
