This role is for an experienced sales professional who will manage a defined territory from a home office while traveling regularly within the region. The main focus is to build strong client relationships, support business growth, and help increase market presence through proactive account management. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver a high level of service. Responsibilities include planning and executing relationship-building activities, supporting client-facing events, and participating in industry gatherings to strengthen partnerships. You will also use performance data and market insights to help guide territory plans and monitor customer results. Another important part of the role is maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s offerings and working with internal specialists to stay aligned on policies, guidelines, and service expectations. In addition, you will help identify training needs and provide support that improves customer understanding of products and processes. The ideal candidate has several years of sales experience in financial services, preferably in lending-related work, along with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. A university degree in a relevant field is preferred. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
